That's the Time to Say Jesus

That's the Time to Say Jesus

When our spirits are low and it seems that darkness is all about us……
That’s the time to say, “Jesus,” because He is the Light of the world and He will bring light to our souls.

When we are lonely and it seems that all have forsaken us…..
That’s the time to say, “Jesus,” because He will never leave us nor forsake us.

When it seems as though life is overcrowded with mistakes and there is no strength in us to do that which our soul desires…..
That’s the time to say, “Jesus,” because His mercy and grace has covered our transgressions.

When we think our prayers are not heard and God seems unreal and far way…..
That’s the time to say, “Jesus,” because He has brought us near, He is even in our heart.

When the day seems long and strength has fled from our body ‘ere our task is half done…..
That’s the time to say, “Jesus,” because they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength.

When it seems that all that happens is adverse and trouble piles upon trouble…..
That’s the time to say, “Jesus,” because His word declares that all things work together for good to those who love the Lord and are willing to be used as He desires.

When there is joy in our heart and the sun shines in the sky…..
That’s the time to say, “Jesus,” because He hath made all things and without Him was nothing made that was made.

When the way is plain and the path seems clear…..
That’s the time to say, “Jesus,” because He hath caused His love to shine upon us and dispelled the shades of night.

In troubles, in sorrow, in heartaches and in joy…..
That’s the time to say, “Jesus,” because as we acknowledge Him in all our ways, He will direct our path.

There is a time for sorrow and a time to rejoice. There is a time for labor and a time to rest. There is a time to walk and a time to run, but who shall say when these times are? The one thing that is sure above all else, whether there is sorrow or joy or darkness or light…..

That’s the time to say, “Jesus!”
